TATR stands for Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve since it was included in the Project Tiger Program in the year. TATR is created by amalgamating Tadoba National Park & Andhari Wildlife Sanctuary.
The total area under the Project Tiger is 1727.6 sq.km with core area being 625. 82 sq.km and the rest 1101.78 sq.km constitute the buffer zone. The core area concept denotes critical tiger habitat which is subject to intense conservation measures with human intervention being minimal.
The lifeline of the park is the Andhari River, Erai Dam, Kolsa Lake, Junoria Lake and the Tadoba Lake. The river and water storage systems provide the year-long supply of fresh water to this amazing ecosystem. Besides small water bodies, rivulets and creeks exist in the confines of dense forests in plains and hills. Man-made waterholes and small dams add to a life-sustaining environment. These factors explain the prolific biodiversity of the region.
Day 0
Board the Nagpur Duronto express at 8 pm from CSMT station.
Day 1
Reach Nagpur and start the journey toward Tadoba. (If you are coming via flight then reach by 9:30 am)
Halt from breakfast en route.
Reach Tadoba, get fresh & have lunch.
Experience the 1st Jungle Safari of Tadoba.
Dinner at night.
Day 2
Early morning wakeup call, get fresh & have breakfast
Enjoy the 2nd Jungle Safari of Tadoba.
Lunch in afternoon and rest for a while.
3rd Jungle Safari of Tadoba in the evening.
Dinner at night.
Day 4
Early morning wakeup call, get fresh & have breakfast
Enjoy the 4th Jungle Safari of Tadoba.
Lunch in the afternoon and rest for a while.
5th Jungle Safari of Tadoba in the evening.
Dinner at night.
Day 4
Early morning wakeup call, get fresh & have breakfast
Enjoy the 6th Jungle Safari of Tadoba.
Lunch in the afternoon and leave for Nagpur to catch a train/flight (board any train/flight after 5 pm)
Day 5
Reach Mumbai.
Bid adieu and return to respective destinations.

Things to Carry:
- 2-3 Litres Water (MUST)
- CAP (MUST)

Camera/Lens and accessories:
- Telephoto Lens, 400mm and above recommended
- Full charged batteries (at least 2)
- Battery Charger
- Extra memory cards
- Binoculars (Optional)
Group 1: 4 people in Gypsy, cost per person 25000/-
Group 2: 6 people in Gypsy, cost per person 21000/-
Booking amount: 50% of the Total Cost.
The balance amount can be paid 2 months before the departure.
Note: For Foreigners cost will be different.
Inclusions:

Exclusions:
- Camera Charges
- Any return Airfare/Train fare to Nagpur
- Personal expenses such as Mineral Water, cold drinks, hard drinks, laundry, tips, etc
- Any extra meals not included in the above itinerary.
- Anything that is not included in the Inclusions list (see above)
